Iraqis to file complaint against US

03:37:41 È.Ù
Samarra, June 2 - The brother of a pregnant woman shot dead by American soldiers in Iraq vowed to file a complaint against American occupying forces.

"I appeal to all honorable people to stand with me and expose the scandals of the US army and reveal their execution of innocents in Iraq," said Raddam al-Aswadi, adding that once the period of mourning was complete he would file an official complaint.

Al-Aswadi was driving his pregnant sister Nabiha to the hospital on Wednesday when the American troops opened fire and hit his sister and mother on the head.

2. Bush, pleaded with Americans to wait before they make any judgement
First the killings, then the cover-up

Ghosts of an old massacre loom large as details of the incident at Haditha emerge, writes Michael Gawenda.

June 3, 2006 -- WHAT happened in Haditha just after dawn on November 19 is no longer in dispute. The US President, George Bush, pleaded with Americans this week to wait until two military inquiries are finished before they make any judgement about what occurred at the insurgent stronghold in western Iraq on that autumn morning.

But Bush's body language suggested he knew that US marines had massacred 24 civilians. Senior military officers, including General Peter Pace, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, have already warned him to "expect the worst".

At least I no longer have to fear the smoking gun coming in the form of a mushroom cloud.

Been sleepin' a lot better since the Invasion of 2003.

However, I do wake up with cold sweats about what that rogue nation Iran will be doing four years from now.

Plus, I'm really worried about Barb and Jenna's offspring will be doin' five decades from now so I think Dad should have them sterilized ASAP. I'm going to write my Senators and make them pass the Presidential Offspring Sterilization Bill ASAP!

A tragedy, an embarrassment, a crime, to keep seeing this happening day after day.We have created enemies that will carry their hate for generations. Our media has brushed these atrocities aside for 3 years now.I am with you.
