3. I see sole is safe to eat more than once a week
of the grocery store fishes sole is by far to me the best. Closest I've found to crappie
I love me some fish, think I'll ask for it for supper.

It's the fucking industrial toxins in these fish that is the reason that you shouldn't eat them more than once a week, it's not like you should feel "guilty" about eating them like you should if you eat a pound of bacon or something. A more apt headline would be "guide to poison-free fish" Eating too much pork fat should make you feel guilty, eating too much mercury should make you feel mad as hell!
