If the unbalanced tax cuts are made permanent, how permanent are they?
Can these tax cuts be changed when a Democrat takes office? How permanent is permanent?:shrug:

1. they can be repealed, reversed, amended, or whatever
by the passage of an ordinary law, requiring majority of both houses and no presidential veto, or 2/3rds of both houses after a presidential veto.

2. Thanks.
Every time I hear about those tax cuts being made "permanent", I cringe. I hate to sound ignorant, but I was hoping something could be done to change it some day.
