I just made a new banner. Behold:

I'm starting a forum for the 2006 elections for my district to talk about conservative Democrats running for congress, specifically Heath Shuler.

Here's the URL for the forum: http://brainshrub.com/shuler

Here's the explanation why I'm doing it: www.brainshrub.com/shuler-forum

Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

1. I made music last night with a wing-nut
The drummer in our band is quite conservative (shoot illegals is one of the planks on his platform) It's going to be a long slow process to bring him around.

2. Great let us never forget that to be a Democrat one need not be "liberal"
only opened minded and willing to help all Americans even those who do not agree with us. The Democratic Party should protect and defend all and not just the "Blue States"

4. Yes. It's just that the conservative Dems vote Republican all the time.
If you are going to act and vote like a Republican, be a Republican!

5. The difference between Democrats & Republicans
Here's how i see the difference in a real Democrat and any Republicans

First a Real Democrat will do what's best for the country, and then his district.

Any Republican will do whats best for the party, then whats best for themselves.

In that order!

Peace!
