Please help me find someone who is back from Iraq
My son-in-law is trying to sign up for the army --- on Monday he is supposed to be signing papers. They've told him they will help him get his GED and further training as a mechanic.

We are desparately trying to find someone who is back from Iraq who can tell him what it's like over there. This is not the time to be going into the Army.

3. for another page to start at, try here, for alternatives (GED/training)

The recruiters lie. That is what they do. They can say anything and once the papers are signed, too bad for you. There are other options, better options to GED and training. Especially now.

Here is another:
http://www.counter-recruitment.org/website/

Do a google search for "counter recruitment" for lots of places, but the afsc.org site is very good, good people, good info, go there first, even to http://www.afsc.org .
