WTF -- Gore wasn't even around to vote for or against the war.

Tim said he voted against it, which would have been the right choice, but he couldn't have since he wasn't there.

War started, before Congress even voted on it.

11. Maybe you should change your phrases to be factual.
It is extremely simple. Just change the word voted to was. Al Gore "voted" against the war to Al Gore "was" against the war. See how simple that is?
