After the NEXT Terror Attack, even Liberal Lefties will get in line.
The next attack will be blamed on Islamofascist terrorists. And the next war will begin, in Iran of course, and like the last time, millions upon millions will support the troops, and support Bush, and support their glorious nation, and support the quick and terrible revenge and little American flags made by slaves in China will be lined all up and down the streets of Dumbfuckistan again.

We should be preparing ourselves for the upcoming shock to our systems, and keep our heads.

16. could you describe the nature of your venting? Does it involve throwing
bricks...?

I think it needs to. I think that is the point we are at. If bombs fall on Iran, we, the people, must take to the streets and literally take the streets.

21. It would be illegal to openly advocate violent actions.
Therefore, I will not say that this is what I suggest.

2. Don't Bet on It
Conspiracy Theories are looking less and less like mental illness, and more like Reality, every day.

3. I think that the bu$h regime and the republican sympathizers have wore out
the terror attack thing.
I doubt it would work again, not after the 5 years of bull shit this regime has take this country through.

4. I actually dreamt of an attack the other night
Bush was making a speech outdoors somewhere, and suddenly a 747 flew over VERY slowly followed by a fighter, also going slowly. Then the 747 was made to ascend very fast and put in a stall and crash.
It was one of those very real dreams, and I hope to God it doesn't happen, but it struck me that the terrorists would probably like to do something so outrageous on full view of TV etc to get maximum impact.

5. 6/6/6 the devils hit us! 6/7/6 we hit Iran with 40 nukes!
The Pentagon couldn't have planned it better. Oh, they did plan it. I understand now, Patriot Act III. Buy some more Carlyle Group implantable RFID chips.

7. Not at this point. 70% of the country does not like *.
Some of which solely because gas prices are high, but the more one dislikes a person, the more a person looks up bad things that person has done.

* is in a really big pickle.

Another attack and the public will want him out. 9/11 was to be the impetus behind fixing up Clinton's mess. Well, it's becoming apparent there was NO mess until 9/11.

8. EVERY terrorist attack will be blamed on Islamist terrorists

especially those actually committed by white supremacist domestic terrorists in high places!

The Klan, neo-Nazis, and Republicans will be able to skate like Michelle Kwan :sarcasm:

10. I don't know about that.
Bush is kind of between a rock and a hard place on this one. His poll numbers are so low that a MIHOP or LIHOP would probably just provide another excuse for his detractors to bash on him some more (i.e., "the bastard can't even protect us from terror like he said he would"). On the other hand, without another US terrorist attack it will become increasingly harder for the administration to justify and drum up support for all of the oil wars they want to wage.

11. While I disagree with your certainty, I agree we should prepare
Little would shock me about this nation's collective willingness to, if only temporarily, support idiocy and madness.

I'd like to think we'd be better than that; I would like to believe that another security breach like 9/11 would be seen for what it was. But when one side controls the media and (still) three branches of government, that may not be the way to bet.

The main thing to remember is, some pink-tutu types (like the New Republic, Lieberman, maybe even Hillary and Barak--not saying for sure, but they might) will stab us in the back and pledge their allegiance to the Commander-in-Chief despite his filthy past. If we view that for what it is--some wobbly-kneed assholes who are reverting to character, and not a major trend among rank and file Dems--we'll survive.

If we don't, we are well and truly doomed.

And sadly, the vast majority of Americans will be clamoring for it to happen. Then we'll all be screwed.

Be prepared indeed.

19. Not just enable him to do it but
it's what he and Dick have been eagerly awaiting to do!

It's funny (ironic funny, not ha-ha funny) how the Cons so arrogantly spew the "we haven't been hit!" in one breath, while the next they say "make no mistake, we WILL be attacked again!".

They try putting a comforting arm around you and shout BOO!

18. I don't agree. 70% of Americans now dislike Bush intensely and
they will put the blame for an attack squarely on him and demand impeachment. At least I know I will.

20. Actually, that may be the catalyst for the people to start
storming the Blight House and call for forcible removal of the Republicriminals once and for all. "Keepin' us safe frum Terr" is the only reason the 29%ers are still behind him. Once THAT'S obviously gone and he takes the dictator/martial law route with President Cheney, the people will be infuriated beyond American Idol's ability to keep them satiated.
