"American forces are the solution here (Iraq), not the problem"
Rice said Sunday that "American forces are the solution here, not the problem" and promised that in the Haditha investigations, "We'll get to the bottom of it."

Rice denied that a decision by U.S. military commanders last week to move about 1,500 combat troops from a reserve force in Kuwait into volatile Anbar province to help establish order in an insurgent hotbed was a sign of growing trouble.

what evil is: not as we thought
Deeds that must be punished, but our lack of faith,
Our dishonest mood of denial,
The concupiscence of the oppressor.

3. I learned a long time ago
that nothing in this corrupt administration says has the remotest connection to reality. They just say whatever they think sounds good, and since journalists don't call them on it, it goes unreported. That's why Bush got away with saying on many occasions that Saddam invited war by refusing to disarm (disarm what?) and that he refused to let weapons inspectors in (we pulled them out to start the war). That has become reality for regular Faux viewers, and even other channels which should know better.

4. Right.
Like they "got to the bottom" of why she ignored the bin Laden memo or their reasons for letting down the people of NOLA?! This administration fails in everything that they do!:grr:

As for Iraq, the handwriting's on the wall; the Iraqi people want us out of there! How much more explicit can they get?!:grr:

5. It should be illegal for anyone to be that disconnected from reality...
And ESPECIALLY someone who helps make policy decisions.

The "Solution?" Well, only if we're talking about the "Final Solution." In what way is the military actually helping the situation in Iraq now? Seriously.

This lady is so out of touch with reality that reality might as well be a parallel universe from the one in which she lives.

6. Guess it doesn't matter if the Iraqi people don't think so
Why can't we impeach these monsters on the simple fact that they lied and said we would leave when we were no longer wanted there. That has been the case since about june of 2003.
