1. Look at all those terrific States down in the 20's!
Then again, look at the states who still haven't caught on and are still approving in the 40's (of percents). Why-Oming? You-Tah? I-Dahoe? The three states so far behind one has to wonder about them... (curiously, note how all three fit silly name plays on: why, you, and I... go figure).
