Coulter on TV with Lauer. Shows the primary tactic of the Right hate
mongers. Just make any statement while pretending to be offended and your followers will love it. Her statement to Matt who at least seemed to be challenging some of her assertions was that he was getting "testy" with her. It was an absolute statement from nowhere except in her head. I thought Matt was being much too gentl and obliging to her, yet she could make that statement with a straigt evil face. That's whay the RWingnuts do, they shout lies and their base belives they have told the truth and won the argument.

1. I didn't think he was "challenging" her at all...
To my mind after hearing the clip and seeing the clip several times since yesterday to me it seems like he's trying to get her to clarify her statements and give her an out. Of course she's so batty she just digs herself in deeper. But I don't think his tone of voice indicated anything even remotely resembling the contempt that her comments deserved.

I think a number of polite queries as to why Mr. Lauer chose to give air time to one who is so obviously mentally unbalanced might be in order.

13. Kathy Griffin is the absolute BEST. Period.
She's hilarious, has her feet firmly on the ground, and has a great sense of humor. She may make fun of celebrities, but she doesn't hesitate to include things about herself as well.

I think she's one of the best comedians of all time.

And I hope she gets more opportunities to go after some more RWAs (right-wing asslicks)!

But watching the first season of "My Life On The D-List" made me question whether I would respect her as a person.
Looking forward to watching last night's first ep of season 2 later tonight, however.

Interestingly, Kathy Griffin was on at least 5 different shows yesterday:

1. Last Comic Standing (judge)
2. Queer Eye For The Straight Guy (guest appearance)
3. My Life On The D-List (her own show)
4. Strong Black Woman (rerun of her latest Bravo standup show)
5. Whatever show she was on w/ Roker
