Poll question: Term limit related poll

In ths thread (http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=132x2666548#2666713) is an opportunity to discuss the topic of term limits. This poll is related. I understand that term limits is a complicated issue, but here is an opportunity take just a second and post your opinion of the essence of the idea.

This poll is essentially binary. You want the good guys to stay in office or you want term limits will accept some pain and loss to get it.

If you would vote for an "OTHER" choice if it were included, please follow the link to the other thread that discusses the matter.

1. They'd require a Constitutional amendment

Each House shall be the judge of the elections, returns and qualifications of its own members

So, the House and/or Senate could pass rules of qualification imposing term limits (ha!), but a state could not (bindingly) do so.

And I still think the best form of term limits is voting incumbents out if you don't like them.
