Strap on those tinfoil hats folks, I have a good one...
On my way home everyday, I pass a Texaco gas station and for the past two weeks, the price for regular had been steady at 2.65. Then over night, literally, it zoomed up 15 cents. 2.79 the very next day. That was on Tuesday morning. Now we see the zarqawi death and oil drops, yet the price at the pump stays firm.

I don't know about you, but something really stinks about all of this.

either the oil company knew that the price of oil was going to drop because of the "death" of zarqawi and/or it's just more price gouging because the price per barrel dropped.

I site this article posted by tritsofme:

http://www.strategypage.com/htmw/htmurph/articles/20060...
June 7, 2006: The relationship between terrorist leader Abu Musab al Zarqawi and and the mainline al Qaeda leadership continues to deteriorate. Zarqawi's recent audio messages have not only attacked the U.S. and the Shia-dominated government in Iraq, but also Iran. He's even claiming that the U.S., Iran, and Shia in general, are in cahoots to destroy Islam. He has also called for continued attacks against Shia.

someone* knew something was going to happen and someone* told someone that something was going to happen. However, perhaps, that something that was going to happen, had happened already and were preparing their* friends for a potential windfall and letting them know when they* were going to release the news at just the right time.

The news spouts, but we know not the source.

Like a friend once told me when referring to working in commercials, "it's all bullshit".

supplies are in a bit of a shortfall. Data comes out mid afternoon on inventories and critical buying and selling takes place based on that data.
