1. From what I heard, I think he's TOO MUCH of a pacifist for my taste

I heard his interview on Ed Schultz today, and I was touched, I was sympathetic, I understood where he was coming from... but it sounded to me like he either misstated his beliefs, or else he doesn't think it is EVER necessary for a country to defend itself with force.

Still, I wish him luck, and I'll be rooting for him.

I'm just not going to be rooting for him enough to send him money.

2. I think his opinion was a tad misstated

His tendency toward talking about negotiation was refreshing...yes, I know it's not a perfect World where no war is ever needed, but his view, like MLK and Gandi, is something to support in these times.

Plus having a Blue Hen state Green in Congress would be pretty cool.

we need to negotiate with PEOPLE before they feel the need to BECOME terrorists.
