Why isn't Coulter's book on the NY Times bestselling list
if it supposedly is doing so well on Amazon?

Is easier to fool - they don't count how many bulk orders there are. NY Times rates books based on how they are selling in thousands of book stores across the country - and specifically ask if any has had bulk orders. Since our Little Annie is almost always boosted by bulk orders her fan base (the three non-media types who don't get their copies compliments of the publisher) have stopped trying to "pad" the NYT Best Seller List.

11. My other question is:
If the book came out on June 6th, why does Amazon already list 47 copies available "new & used" only five days later? Repukes who bought bulk returning them? Or heavy pre-print orders never picked up?

Book stores get free advanced readers and often sell them on Amazon or Ebay. I used to do it all the time when I worked for Borders.

They want the store managers to have read books and be familiar with them.

13. They were selling it at Border's for 30% off. This isn't
what is done with best sellers until they taper off in sales. It means that it's not flying off the shelves like they would have you believe. Just more RW lies and phoney baloney.

That is, I have 'fine', straight, long hair.
Won't hold a curl or take a perm.
I usually wear a ponytail...and a baseball cap when outside!
Even clips won't hold it up. It's very fine.
But I can't seem to bring myself to cut mine.
I like it long!
