Our G.I.'s will keep fighting & dying as long as W damn well pleases.
No sacrifice is too great for W, no rapidly rising number of G.I. casualties, no amount of crippled soldiers and no amount of dead mothers and children will sway him in his quest for world freedom.

No grieving G.I. widows or parents can move him, no mercy can be shown to the enemy, no amount of American blood is too much to spill for W and his war.

He will not retreat, he will continue to send our best and brightest to be targets and to be conquerors and to be his teeth and his fists and his boots and to make him look tough to the world.

This fucking war of his will go on into infinity until someone stops it.

1. If the Iraqi civilians who are resisting our presence would just
promise to lock in Exxon, Chevron, Amoco and others.... we could leave tomorrow... but that ain't gonna happen.

5. They are there to protect Halliburton's interests.

It would drastically cut into Halliburton's profit margin if they had to pay for their own security. As long as Big "H" is there so will be the troops. At least until January 2009.

10. It's true, he is an innocent victim.

Halliburton only compounds its criminality. Halliburton's upper management adds to its obscene profits by turning its backs on good employees when they can no longer do any good for Halliburton.

6. 2,500 is starting to look and sounds bad.
Then again, no one talks about the realities in Iraq. I wonder how many Americans know that Iraq still doesn't have running water or electricity 24/7?

7. Constitutional amendment: No more deployments w/o decleration of war.
It may not solve the problem, but it can't get any worse.

9. They figure that 2500 American lives are a small price to pay to...
win three elections in a row...Look how much the GOP has gained by starting the war in Iraq, since they started beating the war drums in the spring of 2002. They won control of the senate in 2002 so that gave them control of three branches of the government and did away with any system of checks and balances. They won Bush another term with the help of Blackwell. They now totally control the SCOTUS as well as the White House and Congress! That blood bought a lot of good shit for the GOP.

They know that it's not any of their kids that are EVER going to do any of the bleeding. They NEVER do...
