Greenfield on Imus claiming Rove WILL NOT BE indicted - no mention

about 'at this time'. He is referring to people not having a 'Fitzmas' and about the Truthout article. He is phrasing it as if it's all finished.

I will use this opportunity to say that I feel let down by some Duers. Rove’s lawyer says he was told that Fitzgerald “doesn’t anticipate" ... ”at this time”.

And some Duers go crazy in negativity. Not even waiting to hear officially. Not even waiting for the story behind the Luskin remark. Believing corporate propaganda networks and papers?

There are only a few people left in the justice arena that a person can trust. We can’t trust any selected by the Bush /PNAC - Ashcroft Gonzales.

But we can and have to trust certain other legal defenders and prosecutors. It is not rational to despair and not trust until it is totally finished and over with and that won't happen until next year.
