Shouldn't there be a short news conference from these two?

If he is cleared or won't be indicted, I would think they'd be running to the cameras proclaiming how Karl Rove has been vindicated. Just saying.

Luskin should produce the letter and show everyone in the viewing audience.

and I'd also like to hear the news directly from the horses's mouth if Rove has been cleared.

The investigation is not over.

No attorney worth a nickel is going to let his client do cartwheels about a letter that is part and parcel (tangentially, perhaps now) of an ongoing, seated grand jury proceedings.

They have what they wanted at this time, that being the confirmation that Rove is not to be indicted.

If you know ANYTHING about Rove, then you must know he likes to fly under the radar.

I don't mean to sound mean here, but it is wishful naivety to think that the first thing they would do is hold a news conference.

It is, probably, the LAST thing they would want to do.

I know you want it, but they don't.

Try and understand that when these folks stick a shiv in you they like to do it under cover of darkness.

But supposedly Karl Rove has been cleared and I am wondering why no press release from Rove or Luskin.
