The new "By Both and Save" deal at amazon.com coupled with Coulter's "Godless" is Disrobed : The New Battle Plan to Break the Left's Stranglehold on the Courts (Hardcover)

Like TalkLeft.com and many other liberals, I'm on the "due process" side of the cultur war. The Right more and more wants to take the fight though the courts and they whine though they've had control of the U.S. Suprme Court for years.

I'm not suggesting buying this book, but it is vital to be aware of it. Here are some major points they intend to use as battle cries:

The cry from the right about judical activism really means, "It's wrong because it is not OUR judical activism!" Be afraid, be very afraid, because if we lose this war, we lose everything, including liberty.

there will likely be a Civil War in this country in our lifetimes. And it won't be a nice, neat, north versus south this time...it'll be a hundred different factions all fighting each other for the rancid bits of what is left of a once-great nation.
