1. He is dead.
2. It would have been better to have a trial.
3. Unless we want to put his body on trial, let sleeping dogs lie.
4. American people are so stupid, they don't care that there should have been a trial. They don't even care that most if not all of Zarqawi's crimes would never had happened if for the Iraq war.
