Republicans like a professional congressman not a whiny screamer. He goes onto the conservative talk shows and leaves with his good relationship with the host intact. Very personable.

5. Yes you are right.

I've never seen him lose his temper or get off message.
He's a great diplomat and his talents could be put to far greater use in an administration wise enough to recognize them.
