Do you ever feel sorry for the other side?
Sometimes,I do. You poor,ignorant,small people,all that hate. Then .0005 seconds later I snap out of it.

And the right hasn't been able to play the "underdog" card for thirty years or so - maybe at one time, their ideas were indeed shunted off to the margins, but that's where they objectively belonged. Deregulate everything? Civil rights for the rich and white only? Come on, that's insanity!

The right had to buy their way into the debate, by buying up media outlets one by one, slowly. Maybe at one point, they were put upon and drifting in the wilderness, but that was a long fucking time ago.

How or why would I feel sorry for the half of the country that owns everything, runs everything, and ruins everything?
