Dan Abrams to head MSNBC -- What to make of that?
Seems like an odd choice to hed a cable network.

His show epitomizes the worst of cable news -- Missing blondes, killer mothers and sleazy rape cases.

But he also seems to have an intelligent and serious side when he actually veers off that path.

Maybe the outcome of this will depend on whether he listens to the devil on one shoulder or the angel on the other.

1. Abrams is a RW hitman - his cousin is Elliot Abrams who was indicted
during IranContra, thanks to John Kerry. Ever notice during the 2004 campaign how Abrams only reported coverage of Kerry if it could be spun against him? He BURIED all the positive coverage.
