Does W think it's his job to crack jokes while discussing the filthy war?

Does he think it's cool to attempt to crack up the pool reporters and what, break the tension? Show us he's confident now that we're turning the tide?

Does he realize how ghoulish this looks to the world? Does he realize that he's the most un funny mother fucker on the whole planet?

I don't know why I even asked.

but it ought to creep out everyone. I can't take him. He thrives on the pain and suffering of others. I try to steer clear of people like that.
