3. Thanks!
I'm loving it. Right back and forth like she had been doing it all along.

5. It lasts for
about that long in this house as well. But our daughter is happy and healthy...couldnt ask for more. Except maybe the no assembly option. :)

6. How about being a loving, attentive child the whole year through
and not saving it for trumped-up commercial holidays? That would be a pretty good gift.

11. Not for some people
Let's ignore the old man for a season and then get a really nice gift when the next pre-programmed occasion comes... Sadly an all-too-common pattern in adult children.

7. I chose "other"...
but it's really "all of the above". Just spent a week with the kids and grandkids. I'm wore out, but I have a week to recuperate. That's when they come here and bring the dirt bikes. Gotta stock up on the Ben-Gay. Thanks.

8. My wife decided that I was a good dad this year
Got a babysitter, took me out to dinner, and we spent the
night at an incredible hotel.

Today we're taking the kids to the movies.

17. That's what we're seeing!
Have you seen Over The Hedge yet?

Great kid fare. Based on a comic strip that the LA Times dropped.

19. Not yet, but...
I plan on seeing it as soon as the opportunity arises, and the grandkids are in for a visit. I must confess, that given the quality of movies being made for kids, as an adult, I've pretty much enjoyed watching them even more than adult-leaning movies. "Over The Hedge" looks like another fun movie for the whole family. Looking forward to it. Thanks.

20. Listening to his grandson's band "VINTAGE"
our family all gathered at Fishlips at Port Canaveral. Had good eats and way too much wine, felt the crowd grooving to our grandson's band. Grampa was just beaming along with my son.

The band is very popular in our area, and getting much recognition outside now. The killer is the boys are only 17yrs old all four of them. They play mostly Beatles and Pink Floyd, the crowd is usually a mixture of kids just discovering the music and those of us who grew up with it.

If your in our area of central brevard, Fl., check them out!
