Gore Refuses to Back Lieberman
http://politicalwire.com/archives/2006/06/19/gore_refuses_to_back_lieberman.html

Said Gore: "I am not involved. I typically do not get involved in Democratic primaries. Joe is my close friend, Joe and Hadassah are close to Tipper and me and it would be very difficult for me to ever oppose him. But I don't get involved in primaries typically. He's a great guy and he's right on a lot of other issues."

Of course, Gore did get involved in the 2004 Democratic presidential primaries and backed Howard Dean over Lieberman.

Thought bubble on top of Gore head said - "Screw you Joe"

3. Good.
I do not think there is much difference between Lieberman and David Wurmser, except perhaps the shade of their hair color.

5. Good Choice...
Helps avoid getting one's hands dirty when dealing with anyone as fragrant (hey? did somebody have eggs for breakfast?) as Lie·berman.

6. Well done.
Everytime Joe is on the teevee, my husband mutters, "I can't believe I voted for him once." (referring to the 2000 election).

9. If Lieberman is forced to run as an Independent, does that
mean that the DLC will be able to spend their money on a third party candidate?

I KNOW that Dean and the DNC won't give him one thin dime.

But of course, Lieberman WILL get quiet help from the GOP and lots of corporations and lobbyists.
