He says what he means and he means what he says.

3. Amen
He's taken so much garbage from his "fellow Democrats" and still keeps on smiling and being polite and working very hard to save the country.

7. That's why I did this post- just wanted him to know he is appreciated for
his hard work in the trenches and standing up to these tough interviewers- tonight,
Norah O'Donnell was trying to get him to give the Chimp's administration some
credit for the lack of a terrorist attack since 9/11, and he wouldn't budge an ounce.
He and Murtha are finally dishing it back, and I feel so proud!

Yes, I heard Howard speak twice in person 3 years ago. He's always awesome. He made me want to go out and save the world. :)

5. He is Speaking my Language
that's for sure. Why? Because I can understand him... he's definitely connected to the people in a way most politicians aren't.

8. He talks in a plain way- saying that Dems would be smarter in managing
this war than the Repugs- so straightforward, and so true!

10. He SURE IS! He's got a job where he's getting "bombs" thrown at him
but he knows "who he is" and just keeps plugging. Important for us to keep sending thos small contributions with the .01 cents which let's them know it's for Dean to distribute as he sees fit and not the "rest of them." :-(
like Emmanuel and Schumer...

But...give anyway if you are more "Mainstream." We need everyone together.

Iraq. I missed him to day but my husband thought he heard his say that. I also love him!!

12. I don't remember the exact quote, but Dean did indeed strongly
made a case that the Dems were "smarter" than the Repugs!

14. He Sure Kicked Wolfies Ass
Man, Leslie was trying hard to piss Dean off, and not only did Dean not get pissed off, he presented Democrats as having real solutions to the myriad of problems brought to us, courtesy of bu$hco. Excellent job Dr. Dean!

15. He certainly is.
I've been a big fan of his ever since I saw him on C-Span at some obscure NE get together a few years back, long before he appeared on the National radar. When the audio was more or less just picking up the room buzz with people milling around post event, you could hear bits of his conversations. The sense of his being a smart, sincere, stand-up guy came through clearly.
