Timetable = a defined end to an immoral invasion
Timetable = a defined end to 200-300 U.S. troops killed and wounded monthly in Iraq
Timetable = a defined end to anti-American violence in Iraq
Timetable = a defined end to a failed stay the course policy
Timetable = a defined end to U.S. occupation of Iraq



How can a plan with no timetable be viewed as not open-ended?

How can a plan with no timetable stop the Bush administration from dragging out the occupation?
