"I Have No Comment"
Edited on Mon Jun-19-06 09:51 PM by berni_mccoy
When Kimberly Nerheim, a spokesperson for Patrick Fitzgerald was asked the following question:

"Did Patrick Fitzgerald send a fax to Robert Luskin similar to that described in recent press reports?"

Her only words were

"I have no comment"

Why?

Why can they not acknowledge that they sent a communication to Luskin?

This question should be bothering anyone watching this story develop.

1. for real, dude.
or dudette.

It's really grating. Fitzgerald needs a visit from Lewinsky (or Gannon). Gotta loosen 'im up a bit.

2. Cuz it's the law? They CAN'T comment.
And not every special prosecutor pisses on that little detail like Ken Starr and his gang did.

Why can people not be patient enough to allow the process to take place in the time it takes? It's not Burger King, you can't have it your way, and your order won't be up in 60 seconds.

6. He cannot comment on the procedings of a Grand Jury investigation
What the public may know doesn't enter into the restirctions on his office.
