Shot some more randomly selected civilians? Tortured more people rounded up as "the usual suspects," i.e. male Sunnis between 15 and 70 years old? Ransacked the homes of more people, terrorizing the women and children before hauling off the men for weeks or months of "security detainment."

Now the collective punishment will begin in earnest.
