RFK Jr. plans suit over 2004 election

Robert Kennedy Junior told PR Week that he is considering litigation against people responsible for what he says was a stolen 2004 election.

Excerpt follows:

PRWeek: Is there a next step?

Kennedy: I've been meeting with attorneys... to devise a litigation strategy. And I would say that very soon we'll be announcing lawsuits against some of the individuals and companies involved.

PRWeek: Who exactly would that litigation be targeting?

Kennedy: I wouldn't say, right now.

Was the 2004 Election Stolen?

Republicans prevented more than 350,000 voters in Ohio from casting ballots or having their votes counted -- enough to have put John Kerry in the White House. BY ROBERT F. KENNEDY JR.

PR article based on this Rolling Stones story ... for those who haven't seen it ... Thank you Democratic Forum ... I would hope they'd have room for a few words from RFK, JR. on this considered litigation ...

Guys if you've overlooked or haven't seen these same threads below as well, you are missing lots of good info and comments (two still up with this lead on the greatest page, in fact)

It's a shame we can't have them merged. It is truly a significant and hopeful development. And a tremendous testimony to all the DU vigilence on this issue for ever so long. My undying respect and hat off to all of them, indefatigable patriots, all.

RFK Jr. to bring lawsuits against Diebold and other e-voting vendors!

10. just kick it along
I was shocked to hear Mike Malloy saying Salon and Daily Kos criticized RFK Jr's article about the election fraud. Using some kind of ridiculous "we are reality based" claim !! Reality was very sad and lonely on election day-- hearing the disturbing reports coming in from all over the country about suspected fraud. And hearing very UNreal attempts to discredit exit polling which has been used in country after country to verify elections. That really stretched the reality envelope. Trying somehow to discredit the huge flip from exit polling to pro-Bush reports. To me the saddest thing about the article is the end, wherein Kerry concedes because he doesn't have enough hard evidence !!! Well we were seeing the evidence come in through on the scene blogging and messaging from our colleagues-- but just because it was the DRIBS & DRABS METHOD-- with a thousand votes stolen here and ten thousand there-- it was just too much trouble to contest !! And here we are deeper and deeper into right wing wonderland !!
