from Cheney's vicinity for " not “quite right” demeanor and behavior"......

I wrote to Nicole Frey, the reporter from the "Vail Daily" about this detention. (He was released without charge later).
I wrote, "I would certainly like to know what constitutes not “quite right” demeanor and behavior. Did he blink too often? Not smile enough? Was he insufficiently impressed with ol’ sure shot? It’s a fine day in America when someone can get hauled off the streets for this.."

I got her response today, to whit:

As stated in our reports, we've asked repeatedly, but have yet to get a concrete answer about what "strange behavior" is.
