Rep. Maurice Hincey, D-NY ... just laid it on the line...
he was talking about shrub's illegal actions when he was told NOT "to use such language when referring to the President of the United States"..... His reply?

I will not change the way I speak and WILL speak my mind!




We need 1000 more like him!

9. But I think he can be fined for using dirty words on the floor...
and there are also certain Rules of Parliamentary Procedure and such they're required to follow, and some of those rules may have "teeth."

I could be wrong, though.

22. Just called Rep Hinchey's office
not in his district - but was born and raised in it - or at least closse to it not exactly sure where the lines are - but anyway spoke with a very nice woman and ask her to give him a BIG FAT THANK YOU FOR SPEAKING UP and to PLEASE KEEP DOING IT

She told me Rep Hinchey is committed to speaking up!!!!
