Why is our political discourse in this country based on such juvenile crap?

9. I understand completely, and agree with you. They employ the

Johnnie Cochran tactic of slamming a slogan out there which somehow shuts down all reasoned debate. It's an (illegal imo) occupation, civil war, etc. There is no "victory' to be had -- not one any con has defined such "victory" yet. Bush?Rummie's "strategy" is crisis management and their definition of success is a moving target. The occupation of Iraq is simply the worst military misadventure in at least a century.

I figure those are really good reasons to discuss or options.
