4. IMO anything thats accurate is fair game.

5. "Treason doth never prosper: what's the reason?"
"Why if it prosper, none dare call it treason."

That old Ovid quote fits today's situation all too well. The tactics enagaged in by the current batch of Republicans are really NO different than those used by Gotti's mob. It's just that the SCALE of their heists, scams and exploits is so much larger, that it's hard to recognize as 'plain old mob' activity.

But it's all there, just writ large: Protection rackets, prostitution, contract skimming, pension ripoffs -- the whole mafia playbook.

6. I prefer Bartcop's term -- the BFEE (Bush Family Evil Empire)
Of course, the REST of the GOP is corrupt and anti-American (values), too. But they look like pikers compared to Bush, Cheney, Rumsfield and Co.

7. Right, but the crime continues after we eleminate those guys politically.
And I want people to realize, with this framing, that nothing ends when they go.

8. With democratic complicity...
If you are listening to the "debate" on C-span2.
What a joke.
Not a peep about the McEmbassy mini mall we are
paying for.
AS IF they didn't know, and worse,
as IF we didn't either.
