DJ Newswire is reporting woman that heckled Chinese prez in deal to have
charges dropped. Nothing on CNN yet, nothing on ABC yet. Sorry i am unable to give text or a link.

If she refrains from confronting any foreign officials over the next year, the charges against her (intimidating, coercing, threatening and harassing a foreign official) will be dropped. She faced up to 6 months in jail and a $5000 fine

Charges against her for exercising her First Amendment rights will be dropped if she avoids exercising her First Amendment rights for a year?

Did she actually break any laws?
