8. Hell yes.
I want to see the draft constitution of such a hypothetical state. If it's anything like that bloated document several hundred pages long the French were asked to vote upon with the EU Constitution, I'm going to do what the French did and vote to kill the document. If the document attempts to enshrine neoliberal economic dogma, then not only will the size of the document concern me but also what the document says.

Hell yeah, we should have a vote, but since we will be voting on electronic voting machines with no way to verify how we are voting and no paper trail, what difference will it make. The result of the vote will be answer that "they" want.
