Even a nut like Ricky should avoiding trying to argue this one. The true issue, in my humble opinion, was whether or not there was any IMMINENT danger of use of invasion or massive deadly force to the U.S. or its allies. If there had been, then the U.N. and everyone else would have been on board in terms of taking care of the problem; but, Hussein had NO plan to launch an attack against anyone. I, for one, think that it is unconscionable for some government official to attempt to confuse the American people by announcing the alleged find of degraded gas, implying that the invasion and occupation were justified. Shameful.

Actually, I reado something about this NEW WMD discovery earlier on DU. Seems they found some old bombs that contained depleted serin gas, and were burried very deep under ground.
