Real or not, once the CBS memos are understood as documents Col Killian kept—or would have kept—to cover his ass in case all the falsifications he and others were doing was discovered, everything starts falling into place.

The scheme was to have Bush “ghost” for a year and a half until they could get him close enough to his discharge date that they could get him an “early out.” To do this he floated in sort of an AF papers limbo—not in any unit’s records but only in his own records. How did he get paid when he apparently was in no unit, for a job he was suspended from doing? America needs to know the answer to that! The people running this scam on the American People, Bush’s superiors, should have convened a Flight Board, disciplined and reclassified him but they kept him listed as a pilot. This shows that they had no other plans for him and were keeping keep him illegally listed as a F102 pilot.

“…This officer should have been reassigned in May 1972 since he is no longer training in his AFSC or with his unit of assignment…” OETR Correction Demand: What this tells us is that Bush’s superiors were derelict in their duty to reassign him. It also tell us that ARPC HQ wasn’t told about any “transfer” of Bush to Alabama or it can be assumed they would have done something about it. It also reiterates the most damning statement of all for George Bush—that he wasn’t in the 111th all year—the same as Killian says on the OER and two CBS memos. That means beyond a shadow of a doubt that Bush was paid fraudulently in at least Jan and Apr of 1973. These days are extremely important because his discharge counts these days—if they’re fraudulent then Bush’s discharge is fraudulent..

Bush is listed as a pilot (AFSC:1125D) on every visible document until his discharge, 14 months after he lost all his qualifications. Many redactios (blackouts) are where his AFSC (job title) shold be. You can’t be listed as a pilot and paid as a pilot when you don’t have the qualifications to be a pilot—that’s FRAUD! But that’s just what they did with George W Bush.

The difference between what Bush’s papers show and what the records of the units he was supposed to be in shows is dramatic. George Bush went off the records of the 111th in May 1972—and never came back. George Bush is never again seen in the 111th ‘s records after May 1972. The only documentation showing George Bush attended the last 18 months of his enlistment is in his own records—not the records of the units he was supposed to be serving in. But still his commanders keep signing off for everything he wants—even though he’s not attending their trainings, according to the unit’s records. This indicates fraud too, and two sets of books.

This is fraudulent right on the face of it, especially when you consider that Bush was paid pilots pay for supposedly doing pilot’s work that he could not have done—that there is no record of him doing other than in his pay records. This is fraud—this is embezzlement. You can’t be authorized federal pay for work you don’t do—that you’re suspended from doing! But this is how George Bush was paid. There evidently is no oversight at all of the financial records of the TXANG.

What this is also telling us is that at least two sets of books were being kept—the real ones and the shadow ones. This is consistent with the Marian Knox theory of there being two sets of papers. Marian Knox stated on television to millions of people that she typed papers almost identical to the CBS memos but she was sure that the CBS memos weren’t them. Yet we know that Killian DID order Bush suspended on 1st August and sent that order up the chain of command as the two confirmation documents prove. What happened to the papers Knox typed and where is the real order that was sent up? Knox’s statement itself is testimony to there being two sets of books kept in the TXANG—this itself should have instigated an investigation.

In the ARPC confirmation it says: “… Verbal orders of the Cmdr on 1 Aug suspending 1st Lt George W Bush….from flying status are confirmed…” Killian delivered this order to Bush “verbally” most probably face to face, but there was a paper copy of this order—its what this confirmation document is confirming. This is the aeronautical order suspending George Bush that the CBS memo purports to be. And the real one is missing from Bush’s records. Its easy to see in Unfit Commander, once the papers are unscrambled—the two confirmation orders are there but not the one they’re confirming. (see BMHP 5, 6 for amplification)

The fact that it is missing is a crime itself—george Bush’s Aeronautical suspension order should be in the records of the 111th by regulation--and it’s not. AFM35-13, para 2-10b2: "CBPO-SA will insure that the unit personnel record copy of an aeronautical order which ....imposes or revokes a suspension...will be acknowledged by the person concerned to indicate time and date of the receipt of orders..." In any reading of this regulation, the requirement that there be a copy of Bush’s “aeronautical order” signed by Bush in the unit’s records is clearly understandable—for whatever the reason for the suspension. But there is no record of Bush in the 111th after May 1972, no copy of his suspension, signed by him—a law has been broken here obviously.

There’s no way that Bush, his aides and his former chain of command don’t know its missing, like there’s no way they don’t know if the physical order really happened or not. Burkett has a sworn statement that he watched Bartlett and General Dan James talking two different times about “cleaning up Bush’s papers” (we’ll be talking about this in the future) This is the most important document in the world for Bush, although they go far to cover it. If the CBS version of this order is the real one, it will all come crashing down for George W Bush. The CBS memo gains a lot of veracity by being the only copy of this document known to exist—and Bush never offered an alternate version.
