...in late September or early October so they can campaign for re-election. That means they only have about 10 more weeks to do their dirty deeds. And they plan on doing everything they can to destroy whatever government we have had in place for the last 60 years. At the heart of their strategy is to run up as much debt as possible without admitting to their scam. They believe if htey can cut off the head of the snake, the body will die. The "government" is the snake, in their eyes. Take away the revenues for programs that might help people and spend it elsewhere...anywhere...anything to keep from spending on social programs.

1. All that time off and a pay raise too.
They must feel so proud to have refused the poorest Americans a pay raise. Those Americans working at minimum wage without a pay raise for over nine years, doing the jobs congress wont do.

2. Do any of them realize

if you kill the government, they're on the unemployment line. I wouldn't hire most of the congressvarmints to be an assistant outhouse cleaner even though wading knee-deep in BS is their specialty.

3. Keep their schedule in mind
This Congress does have a severely abbreviated schedule. Keep that in mind when folks running for re-election recite a laundry list of all the things they still want to accomplish, and won't you please vote for me, me, me?

Really, Mr. Hastert? And yet you spent several precious legislative days debating and voting on a nonsensical bill to ban gay marriages when you knew it wasn't going to pass, wasn't going to go anywhere, and wasn't going to do anything except victimize a certain segment of society again. Now you want to talk about how much more you're going to get done, if only the voters will return you to office in November. Why didn't you do what you were supposed to do instead of the useless gay marriage crapola?

I hope all these fucks die alone and penniless in a shabby nursing home with orderlies who steal.

5. Who do they think they are, the Preznut?
If they don't want to do the job then they should all resign before we kick them out.

They voted today to continue the endless war. The troops don't get a month's vacation so cut out the crap, Congress.
