Cheney calls the NK capability 'rudimentary'.

and just what did he call Iraq's capability?
NK does have nukes, what did Iraq have.

4. Of course, we are already overstretched and shrub is tanking...
we couldn't take on NK because we did take on Iraq
when there was no reason for it.
