Did anyone watch C-Span today? The tide is changing, the
moderate Republicans have started to become more vocal about their dismay over the current lack of values within the Republican leadership.

There were a few still drinking the koo laid, but this one got me rolling on the floor. (Please note Rep. King's response to her.). I am sure she is no longer a Republican.

This woman called in from Wilmington Indiana, (paraphrasing her points) Why do other countries hate us so much that NOW we need so much $$ for Homeland security? Why is ok for us to have nuclear bombs and not other countries? Here it comes ... she said why do you have a support Pres. Bush line sometimes and a Republican line others "Because I am a Republican but I HATE Pres. Bush he's a liar just like the Iranians!"

King's response ... Pres. is honorable..blah, blah, demeans the process, blah, blah, blah question integrity of someone... "To me in general it shows your own lack of knowledge when you make those type of personal attacks on, uh, someone!".

It took big ones for someone from the party of character assassination to say that, but he attacked one of his own!

They vilified the "Liberals" and turned the word into an epithet. It is hard to remain the members of the polite "Democrat" Party forever while our Senior Senators, Ranking Members are told by their Vice President to Fuck themselves in the Capitol Building and that is treated as acceptable. It drives people to extremes eventually!

Did I mention constantly lying about everything? Manufacturing whatever facts are convienent...

edited for poor composition, doh!
