Fox in Philly:
We have a 10 PM newscast here - they're getting in practice to report non-stories.

Right this minute, we're watching a story about...rain. They have video of wet streets and people...with UMBRELLAS! Can you imagine? Wow, you just never know what's going to happen in this world. this was the Big Story...

Now, we're watching this nonsense story about the arrests yesterday...

Then we'll have a story about the marbles tournament in Wildwood NJ....

I'm on tenterhooks...

2. Like I've said before... Take one station and provide
Non-stop coverage of the atrocities in Iraq... And show the children and women and old men being blown to nothing. Show the fear, show the regular people just trying to work and pay their bills... we'd be out so much sooner.

6. Fox 9, KMSP in Minneapolis is just the same
They somehow managage to have an daily hour newscast about pretty much nothing. It is geared to a very narrow surbanite day-to-day news. There is absolutly nothing of real news inside the broadcast it is all fluff. It is also a Murdoch owned local Fox station.
