LOL. Sen. Hatch complaining in the Senate about "one vote" in the SCOTUS,
a 5-4 decision that upheld the Constitutional standard of free speech (flag burning brouhaha). "One unelected Judge" he rails, invoking the latest rerun of the RW "activist judge" meme.

Seems I remember a more recent 5-4 SCOTUS decision that essentially elected a President. Talk about your Constitutional standards.

2. It is only a terrible thing when it is not in favor of the regime
When they vote with the same margin in favor of the bu$h regime then it is a great victory for justice. But when they lose a vote, the demons are taking over this country and it is the ruin of society.
