Pretty woman...

...explains "Net Neutrality" in a video.

After watching Amanda Congdon of ROCKETBOOM, please phone your Senators' offices and leave a message that they should support S. 2917, the “Internet Freedom and Preservation Act.”

It bans companies like AT&T from discriminating against websites. AT&T could decide to make Democratic Undgerground run more slowly if the Senate does nothing.

1. It would also put thousands of small businesses out of business.

We do 95% of our sales from the internet, and there's no way we could pay the same freight as the big guys.

We'd have to pack it in - - and our 12 employees would be out of work.

2. The House of Representatives put the interests of four companies

(AT&T, Comcast, Bell South, and Verizon) above every company which uses the internet when it rejected "Net Neutrality."

I hope that the Senate passes "Net Neutrality" by voting for S. 2917, the `Internet Freedom Preservation Act.'
