"why does Rush Limbaugh need Viagra?" "So he can stand." And it says something. All these nicknames, with emphasis on bathroom/fart humor, just doesn't do it for me. Lenny Bruce, Richard Pryor, Bill Hicks, George Carlin, etc, were all funny as hell being vulgar because the vulgarity was satire, not just name-calling. I guess I like satire, and don't like empty name-calling just for the sake of it.

But that's me. Not trying to edit anyone, just expressing my opinion.
