Scarborough razzes bank spying.

Sorry if this is a repeat. instead of Imus, Joe appeared and gave it to the Bush administration for its invasion of privacy.
I could not help but agree with every one of his points. He attempted to interview that nutjob Rep. King, the one who called on alberto Gonzo to prosecute the NYT for treason.

1. King has referenced the Espionage Act of 1917

on numerous times. That's the one under which Eugene V. Debs was imprisioned for being against our involvement in WWI and lead directly to the 1918 Montana Sedition arrests as well as other arrests across the nation for speaking out against War and our Government.

I'm not sure why more people on the DU are not more frightened by the fact the Government can now track all you emails, phone calls and bank accounts and wants to re-enact Sedition and Espionage laws...

2. And these are just the fascists to try to do it.

look at this attack on the press, the arrests in Fla, the Patriot act and so much more. This country will fall apart if we don't stop them this november.
