1. Won't happen:
"Limbaugh was detained for about three hours and was let go after cooperating with officials. He could be facing a second-degree misdemeanor violation if the State Attorney’s office presses charges."

2. may not happen, but at least it'll flood them with emails....
the People have spoken! Anyways, misdemeanor or not, it's still a violation to even be detained while on probation. Hell, they can violate you for getting a traffic ticket.

3. First, who sez...
he's on probation? The charges were dropped in the deal he made.

Next, although we're lovin' it that the pig is busted, do we really like the idea that anyone can be arrested for having a bottle of Viagra? Be careful what you wish for.

Just be happy that he's humiliated and push for an explanation just what he wasdoing that he needed Viagra while down there.

4. It's NOT the fact that he had viagra...
it's the fact that he had viagra, in a prescription bottle, with someone else's name on the prescription. In other words, he is guilty of possessing Schedule 3? drugs without a prescription.

5. Charges werent dropped ....
They were suspended, pending his successful treatment and his staying out of other legal trouble ....

He was carrying a prescription drug in a bottle with someone else's name on it ...... this is most certainly a crime .....

He did NOT stay out of trouble .... He risks being charged for his Oxycontin woes because of this .....
