Rush Limbaugh Detained Over Viagra Bottle

Rush Limbaugh could be charged with a misdemeanor after U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials held him for more than three hours at Florida's Palm Beach International Airport on Monday, authorities tell the Associated Press.

A prescription bottle in the conservative radio host's luggage that contained Viagra did not have Limbaugh's name on it, according to Paul Miller, spokesperson for the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.

A physician had prescribed the drug, which treats erectile dysfunction, but the bottle was "labeled as being issued to the physician rather than Mr. Limbaugh for privacy purposes," Roy Black, Limbaugh's attorney, said in a statement

9. Here's the first report I saw-

"Sources have confirmed to CBS4 News that conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh has been detained at Palm Beach International Airport for the possible possession of illegal prescription drugs Monday evening. Limbaugh was returning on a flight from the Dominican Republic when officials found the drugs, among them Viagra."

all the while my privacy is being subjected to a full body cavity search, phone records, bank records, pharmacy records, doctor records, e-mail, internet searches, snail-mail openings, etc, etc.

Which is why he called hillbilly heroin his baby blues. And viagra makes you see blue, as a side effect, sometimes. I think it's a blue pill, too. I bet he's smuggling oxys in a viagra container.

What I want to know is what or whose privacy is he trying to protect by not having his name on a pill bottle? He's the only one who would ever see it under normal (and legal) circumstances.
