for making flags out of flammable materials. It's their fault; we should be compensated if we accidentally set the flag on fire with a bottle rocket on the 4th of July

This will backfire. He's going to wish he had never uttered those words.

Yesterday, Durbin had charts on how mnay flags have been burned in this country. There were many, many, many years where NONE, ZERO, ZIP, Nada flags were burned. THIS year, 2 flags have been burned, last year, 12 flags were burned and in 2004, 3 flags were burned. THIS WILL COME BACK TO HAUNT THE REPUKES IN CAMPAIGN ADS.
