I watched RFK Jr on book tv over the weekend
Here we have a great talk by RFK jr . He goes through the list and this was march 2005 . One of the things he said that stood out most to me and I can't say why exactly was RFK talking about how many years it took for most of the world to respect the USA and want to create similar ways of life and how long this lasted . They looked up to the USA . and in 4 short years bush and friends have ruined it and now we are the most hated nation on the planet .

I knew this and have heard it before but have no way of gauging this . but this is a sad state to be in .

Then they talk about flag burning , what does the american flag really stand for now ? If it meant anything then this has certainly been ripped away and stomped on . This is worse than burning one .

So you say you loved america as in past tense and in memory of all that is gone seemingly forever .

I have read 80% of american workers are blue collar , well we have no health care , no jobs , no dream , no inspiration . I can't even say with any confidence we have any hope left .

i say this because no matter what these freaks in the whitehouse or the senate or congress do or vote for is always the worst thing for the common man and nothing seems to slow them down , lie after lie and they just continue without missing a beat of an issue . They have their filthy hands into everything .

Either there are still a lot of americans who still make a good living or a lot of stupid ignorant fools who can't see or understand what's happening . If neither were the case then you would think by now people would be in the streets on fire .

I just can't imagine there are so many people who are so willing to remain blind to the facts , even if they don't tune into the news in any form they have to see that something is wrong with this picture . To think that so few in power can control so many and so easily . I know Hitler pulled this off but my god haven't people learned anything from past events .

The worst part is these people take us all down with them and we can't seem to wake them up , no how , no way .

Many times i wish there would be another attack and let it be me that parishes if need be if this is what it will take . How much sacrifice does one need to make to get these freaks out of office ? i would prefer to go out quick than to watch everything turn to a murky swill bit by bit by bit in a slow suffer to a horrid end almost like a cancer without a hope for a cure .

I saw this killing during vietnam and this was bad enough but people who compare vietnam to Iraq let me tell you this is worse , it is worse because america was still a place that one had hope , it was not torn down to a point of no return , we were not looking at global warming staring us right in the face , we were not watching jobs vanish faster than a house flys life cycle .

Yes killing is still murder and it is still for no good reason , we were not attacked and were were convinced we were fighting against a communist takeover instead of a terrorist takeover and we were told it's better to fight them where the live rather than on our soil and we were lied to in much the same way and bought the lie in the same way and this is about all that the occupations compare . We still did not learn a damn thing or was it that we from that 60's generation did not teach a damn thing or keep the message of wrongful murder alive and well ? Perhaps we have failed and should never have let off and possibly we would not be dealing with this again .

What do you think ?

1. I think you're absolutely right.
What they're doing to the US is what business schools taught "investors" to do to corporations back in the 70s when Junior was buying his MBA: bust the unions by offshoring the jobs, loot the pension fund, give yourself a golden parachute and jump before the whole thing tanks.

Think Enron.
